DMZ Vol 1 On The Ground TP,10/5/2011 9:35:17 PM

This has to be one of the greatest comics Ive read. A friend recommended it to me and I honestly loved it. The setting is almost a second US civil war. The characters are both very insightful and yet naive at the same time. This book creates a country torn apart and on the brink of complete destruction. It throws you smack in the middle of the conflict, and lets you take in everything. I loved every panel. Absolutely recommended, and I cant wait to continue on this series.
   Voodoo Vol 2 #1 1st Ptg,10/27/2011 12:55:43 AM

I was skeptical stepping into this series, seeing as how quick;y DC had become with other female characters. But, I was genuinely, and happily, surprised. This book is great, it has some nice interactions between the characters. Yes, Voodoo is very sexualized, however that's her job, so it works for her. It was overall a great introduction, and I'm definitely sold on this book.
   Supergirl Vol 6 #2,10/27/2011 12:59:32 AM

To be honest, this feels like more of the first issue, a long fight scene, which isn't completely bad but definitely leaves more to be desired. You get a nice fight between Supergirl and Superman, as well as some decent interaction. Being completely new to Supergirl, aside from the first issue, it's great in how it reveals important details without the need to explain. It definitely leaves you wanting more, especially with some of the things said between the two.
