Description

When a mysterious girl named Risa shows up at Three Slam, Scratch ends up having to play a basketball "rope match" to keep her brother from dragging her back to Akihabara. What's a basketball "rope match?" Well, it's when members of the opposing teams are bound to each other with a rope as they play the game. Fun stuff. But when it's all over, Sawamura returns home to a startling and eventually violent reunion with none other than his old acquaintance, Joker.
