Iron Man By Design

Description

"Take a trip through the workshop of several imaginary Tony Starks as you feast your eyes on a mind-bending array of Iron Man armors built from some very far out disciplines – steampunk, Spaghetti Westerns and World War II-era aeronautics, to name just a few! This special one-shot collects all 26 covers, with commentary from the creators themselves – including top Marvel cover artists Marko Djurdjevic, Skottie Young, Adi Granov and Mike Perkins; acclaimed animators Ronnie del Carmen (Finding Nemo, Up, WALL-E), Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack) and Bill Presing (Rex Steele: Nazi Smasher, Up, Ratatouille); indie illustrators Christian Nauck, John Tyler Christopher and Frederic Genet; and album cover artist Alan Aldridge (Elton John, Rolling Stones). It's an explosion of creativity by some of the art world's most brilliant artists on one of Marvel's most innovative characters!"
