Jim Silkes Jungle Girls Limited Signed HC

Description

"Here they are, the most fabulous and provocative creatures in the world of fiction — Jungle Girls, from H. Rider Haggard's She and Edgar Rice Burroughs' Jane to modern, bold, daring and dangerous beauties that prowl his imagination. They're all here, the Jungle Goddesses, Queens, and Slaves as well as Tropic Tramps, Dragon Ladies, Harem Damsels, and semi-clad Barbarians. It's not a history, but a celebration of that impossible, looney, glorious nonsense that Silke somehow finds essential. The book includes 52 original pieces of artwork and an extensive selection of movie stills and images from private collections.

Signed by Jim Silke and limited to 500 copies."
