The cosplay witch is all wrapped up in ribbons! From the anime Nakaimo (aka Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!) comes a figure of the girl who looks a lot younger than she really is, Mei Sagara! She's posed wrapped up in a blue ribbon making for a rather bold outfit, but she still has her witch's cape and staff to complete her cosplay!
