Over his long, illustrious career, Syd has provided designs, illustrations, and architectural drawings to clients as varied as Phillips Electronics, Ford, and Intercontinental Hotels. But his first love? Transportation design. Chronicle is proud to offer vehicles from Syd Mead's paintings for the first time. The Hypervan replica was created under Syd's watchful eye and, where needed, it was updated with new drawings and blueprints. The model is 18" long and 8" wide, and is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.
