Description

The USS Melvin (DD-680), known as the 'Blue Devil,' was a Fletcher-class destroyer in service during World War II. It hit the Pacific in 1944 and earned 10 battle stars for its heroic service. This impressive model is more than 3 feet in length. The new lidded box displays vintage art from the original 1960s release. The decals and painting instructions allow the modeler to choose from several authentic variations.
