Collector File 003 Yus Cutie Dolls

Description

The "Collector File" postcard-book series features the latest in pop art and design from Japan. This modestly priced collection showcases a variety of the best artistic talents from Japan — with an emphasis on cute, kitschy, and fantasy styles. This third volume in the series focuses on the rare Japanese fashion doll collection of professional doll collector Yuko Ansai. Photos of the dolls taken especially for this collection by photographer Toshiharu Ishibashi feature a virtual history of dolls made specifically for the Japanese toy market in the 1960s and 70s.
