During the summer of 2005, Phil Hale participated in two one-man shows at Jerwood Space Gallery in London. This new two-book set of art not only complements these exhibitions but also consolidates Phil's move in the direction of the fine arts. Mockingbirds is a tightly focused series of Hale's recent oil paintings, while Relaxeder is a looser play of drawings and photographs.
