April 24th, 2004 is the first "24 Hour Comics Day." At dozens of locations across North America (and possibly beyond) hundreds of cartoonists both amateur and professional will gather in dozens of comic shops and other locations, while still other cartoonists will work at home alone. Each will try to write and draw a complete 24-page comic in 24 straight hours. About Comics will go through the results and pick 20 interesting tales and reprint them completely in this volume. Will there be stories by big name pros? Quite possibly. Future superstars? Could be. Interesting stories? Definitely!
